Our record

Over 17 years at the Queensland Museum as Senior Curator of Social History, Brian curated 10 major exhibitions, including "The courage of ordinary men" (2008-2016) as well as many smaller ones, and in the course of that developed a template for exhibition curation, design and production still used in his projects.  Faye curated exhibitions at the MacArthur Museum (2006-2007) and the Queensland State Archives (2008) as well as a number of smaller displays at the Queensland Museum.  As Crozier Schutt Associates, Brian and Faye have curated major exhibitions since 2008 for:

Mercy Heritage Centre (brief and development plan for the Centre's full suite of exhibitions, 2008)
  • Croydon Heritage Centre (2009)
  • South Burnett Energy Centre, Nanango (2009)
  • Brandi Projects on the history of the Queensland Blind, Deaf and Dumb Institute, Woolloongabba (2010)
  • The Royal Flying Doctor Service, at the Australian Stockman's Hall of Fame, Longreach (2012), and at Charleville (2014)
  • The Australian Worker's Heritage Centre, Barcaldine - two projects ("Kunwarara Station" and "The shearers' hall", on the 1891 Shearers' Strike, and the rise of the Australian Workers' Union and the Australian Labor Party), both in 2013
  • The Australian Workers' Heritage Centre, Barcaldine, "Working for health", 2016
